Mr. Diego and company did a fantastic job with our roof and gutters. They were instrumental in working with my insurance company to deal with our wind damage. Extremely professional and great quality of work. We recommended them to our neighbors and they used them too. Pleasure to do business with them.

I was very satisfied with the work done. I had my roof replaced down to the plywood due to water leaks. Diego was very thorough on the initial vist. I believed I had an air flow issue in my attic space (which I did). He identified that my soffits were being obstructed by old insulation. However, the main issue was a leaky roof which had caused a previous mold issue which had not been pointed out to me when the mold was being taken care of. The crew was professional, on time, and throughly cleaned up afterwards. Diego took and then gave me pictures of the old roof and the installation as it was being done. He also pointed out issues with my insulation and bevels that contributed to my air flow problem which I later had fixed.

Diego and his family worked quickly when we needed an emergency full roof replacement. A tree fell and damaged our roof, and Diego was by for an estimate the next day. We can't say enough about Upper Level Construction Inc, Diego, and his team. We had both the siding and roofing replaced, along with the gutters, and we can safely say that they are the most skilled, hard-working craftsmen we've ever had the pleasure of taking care of our home. They corrected many problems caused/created by the previous siding and roofing contractors. We prefer local family-owned businesses, and they are exactly that. We understand that all of their workers have been with the company for many, many years, some well over a decade, and carefully trained by Diego and others at the company. We feel like they worked on our home the way they would have worked on their own homes. We usually set up tarps inside our home leading to the bathroom, but this was not necessary, since they had their own port-a-potty onsite. They cleaned up much better than any other contractor we've had, and they even cleaned some of our windows that are hard-to-reach! We highly recommend Upper Level Construction Inc.
